Messaging & Call Consent
What you're agreeing to
When you submit a phone number through a Solto form (including on forms.gosolto.com, realestate.gosolto.com, investors.gosolto.com, agency.gosolto.com, or www.gosolto.com) and check the consent box, you are giving prior express written consent under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for Solto LLC and its authorized representatives to contact you at that number.
Who may contact you
Solto LLC, its subsidiaries (including Solto Realty), and our agents, service providers, and team members.
How we may contact you
- Voice calls (including calls placed with an autodialer or using an artificial or pre-recorded voice, where applicable);
- SMS/MMS text messages (including automated texts);
- Email.
Why we may contact you
- To schedule a walkthrough, demo, or discovery call you requested;
- To answer your question or follow up on your inquiry;
- To provide information about Solto products, services, offers, or events you may be interested in;
- To service an active account you hold with us;
- For transactional purposes (appointment reminders, account notifications).
Frequency and fees
Message frequency varies based on your level of engagement and the services you request. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Your consent is not a condition of purchase
You are not required to provide your phone number or to consent to calls and texts in order to purchase any Solto product or service. Submitting a phone number without checking the consent box will not authorize autodialed or pre-recorded calls or text messages.
How to opt out
- Text messages: Reply STOP to any Solto SMS to opt out of further texts from that campaign. Reply HELP for help.
- Calls: Tell the Solto representative you no longer wish to be called, or email privacy@gosolto.com.
- All contact: Email privacy@gosolto.com with the subject "Opt Out" and the phone number(s) and email address(es) you want removed. Opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days.
Recording
Solto may record calls for quality assurance, training, and dispute-resolution purposes, in accordance with applicable state and federal law. If you do not wish your call to be recorded, tell the Solto representative at the start of the call.
Additional state-law rights
